Probably the update to fix presets changing during updates. I never experienced that and didn't expect to ever get that update but it dropped in OTA months after going on your file. Approved and installed. No notable change in audio.

Yea, I'm sure it's that one, but I don't want to risk it changing anything. I've never set presets. FM radio and satellite radio sound quality makes me flaccid. ?

Satellite radio sound quality reminds me of the AM radio quality songs everyone used to steal on limewire back in the day.

Massive Audio 6.5" drivers in front and rear doors with strategic sound deadening behind speakers (Not the entire door) and tweeters in the a-pillar and in rear door (drilled hole over rear door speaker grill to install). Used in-line filters on tweeters to block out mids being sent to them. Amp is a Massive Audio E3N Edge with an LC2i to eliminate bass roll off on the two Kicker shallow mount 12's.

Not at all. I'm fully updated except for a pending ACM update that I haven't done because I don't want to to change anything. I like the way it sounds now.



I can't see what your current battery stats are in PTS. The only way I can see it is if you have an update failing and it reports it to the cloud. The last OTA you were sent was 6.3.0 back in December and it failed three times with the following error:

I'm not sure what that means, but the OTA did not fail due to your battery either time. The last time it reported your battery stats to the mothership was on 12/15 the 3rd time it failed, and it reported this:

"groupId":"1""totalLvBatteryCapacity":"67""currentLvBatterySoc":"77""availableLvBatteryCapacity":"51590"

67 of 70 capacity (with OEM battery) and 77% charge. That's not bad at all. You want the SoC a bit higher for updates to go through whenever you do get sent one.

The ACM update is a software and strategy update for the audio control module. Many people have reported big improvements to the sound system in there trucks after installing. I haven't installed it yet but I will be soon.
The FDRS question is "are you installing a subwoofer?" If you're truck already has a factory subwoofer the answer is NO. For people that are installing a subwoofer in a truck that wasn't factory equipped with one the answer would be YES.

Yes, I'm not sure about the sound quality, ? I only know what I've read on the forum here from others who have already installed the update. I'll have to see what happens and report back after I update mine.

[Edit] if I remember correctly the ACM is one of the few modules that cannot be updated via. OTA.

23-PU0110-RAD-PS is the ACM update from October.

Installed for me OTA yesterday but as I said above I don't notice any difference at all. ?‍
