Looks like the may be a new one. It updates the BCM and the files it changes are below. This may be the BCM update in FDRS that everyone is holding off on doing due to the possible headlights issue, but not sure. I'll ask Jesse to take a look at it tomorrow.

It was first reported in December. It is only for BC equipped vehicles.

Interesting. Yours is a 302a and the same update shows more locations within the BCM are updated than on @nitrobass24 truck which is a higher trim.

Also, on one trim it shows current and available software, and on this one it shows current and previous software.

There is also not a "troubleshooting" tab on the OTA dashboard that I started seeing just today. It seems like Ford is adding things the OTA dashboard again.

If I click what I circled in red, I get the message below the screenshot below:

Redundant because there is somewhere else I can click to see the same thing with more detail, but I guess this is to make things easier for the low-level Ford employee that doesn't know what they are doing.

It’s queued up for install tonight. Will be interesting to see if it goes through will the BCM update in FDRS go away for me.

Safest way to install it for those concerned about it. OTA killing headlights even past warranty I can see getting Ford to cover it easier than an update forced in FDRS.

So, 6.8.0 installed last night at the scheduled time, but didn’t on the manual try before I went in for the night. I doubt my battery charged sitting in the driveway. Must be all the magical conditions @rugedraw spoke about??‍. That or the battery quality ??‍ paid me a visit.

So, if I understand the differences, I may not get 23-PU0813-DOR-UP2 (depends on my specific truck’s stuff), but I’ll still get whatever the next PU OTA is (after 6.13.0 because I don’t have BC)? Is that an accurate statement?

PSA: Confirmed by @Jesse-Infotainment that this new BCM update is the same one in FDRS that people with the quad-beam LED headlights have been avoiding.
