Since I don’t have forscan yet, I have a service appointment setup for Thursday. If they can fix, I’ll post an update.

Send me your vin. Do you have forscan?
I have the ability to use it. I used it on my 2019 F150 but have not used it on my 2022. It has been so long I would have to figure out how to do it again.

My vin is 1FTFW1E84NFB8911

How would that work?
TeamViewer.

It’s free for you. I can remote in do the fix and all you need is the cable connected to the truck that you use with forscan.

So you would connect to it through my computer?
I read somewhere on here that the battery charge percentage needs to be changed with Forscan so that the truck does not go into deep sleep mode.

What? Not sure what that has to do with this

I am sorry I should have explained, before I deactivated and tried to reactivate, I occasionally had a problem with my Fordpass saying that the truch had gone into deep sleep mode so the remote access would not work.

Thats a battery issue.. if you drive short distances a lot then the battery typically wont charge the way Ford has it set up. If my truck is going to sit for more than a couple days I put a charger on it.

For you to do this fix on my truck, would I need to download Forscan and TeamViewer and then you would connect to my computer? If so when would you want to do this, and what has happened to mess this up?

Yes. I can do it tomorrow. Any time.

It was an update. TCU update blew up the config.

edit - You will need a forscan license also
