This makes sense why it seems like all trim level trucks have the top level gauges in the spy photos

I currently have BC disabled,..... well I have the eye scanning witch disabled, (have I told you I love you Jesse, lately?) and it's 99% because I spend so little time on Bluecruise roadways.

I have 3 years pre-paid. I won't subscribe even if 1.2/1.3 are the cat's meow, unless my driving includes BC roads in significant quantity.

I like the monthly subscription model because it would allow me to purchase some BC magic on a road trip opportunity if it popped up. Thus not committing for a year.
Jesse helped you keep the BC without the eye scanning? I need help figuring this out. I can't pick my nose without the truck getting angry at me. The last trip I took I had to turn off the lane keep to get the truck to stop yelling at me.

there is supposedly an option to change in the '706-1-0-1' section but not sure where that is located as I can only see '726......' in APIM, etc. Maybe its only for Powerboost models?

I turned off BC in the mach-e and now it doesn't really show anything on the IPC regarding ADAS even though the lane centering is working. Eventually 'put hands on wheel' notification will popup. The eye nanny is officially fired.

If this doesn't make sense, might not want to play with it....

this was in a prior post SnakeBitten was referring to: 706-1-0-1 8A58 A015 8Exx and just change the 'xx' back to original if you want to go back to stock.
Hope it works. She drives me nuts too!

So change 8A to 8E and that should turn the cameras off?

Ignore the Xs and write the other characters. You'll likely already have some of the characters.

This disables Bluecruise hands-free mode. Cuz it puts the eye scanner in a coma.

It doesn't nix Lane Centering or Adaptive Cruise.

Again, I'd leave Bluecruise enabled if Ford would dedicate the eye-nanny to Bluecruise only. Afterall, that's what differentiates Bluecruise from Lane Centering and Adaptive Cruise.
For whatever reason, Ford has the eyescan witch enabled when it's none of her business since I have my hands ON the wheel.

Indeed. Little miss eye nanny just loves to annoy ya when it's not even warranted. 3 years from now it will be pulling you over to the side of the road because you used hand sanitizer.

82% would likely subscribe to BlueCruise? This is a lie. The people answering the poll and/or Ford is lying. No way will this happen. This isn't going to happen. I very generously value BlueCruise at no more than $10 month. For sure, anything above this and I won't be subscribing after my trial. I bet most of you reading this forum (like 82%+) won't either.

Thats the last option I want, I enjoy driving and dont trust a computer
I like flying but find my autopilot indispensable. I don't pay a subscription for something that can takeoff, cruse to destinations and land (in total clouds).
I'm not paying ford 75.00 for some half baked under engineering joke.

Ford should offer a "limited time subscription" - For example, going on a road trip, pull up FordPass and pay $10-$20 for a week... might get more takers.
