That was my truck you are referencing. Mine was a 22 and occurred at 16k miles. Had it back around 2 months and no issues. Should be driving my newborn daughter home in it tomorrow. My service ticket is floating around on one of these threads. I think it’s near the end of the one titled “anyone regretting getting a powerboost.” Anyway good luck to those with the issue.I see that 2 codes are mentioned in the Oasis ticket/record for your truck.
I'm no professional technician, but I can at least follow the evidence and see what is available to the technician as a pathway for diagnostics.
P1A43 code is very specific (not generic) and mentions the signal harness and connections from the Hybrid Battery.

The technician is instructed to go to pinpoint test L

The DTC is associated with the BECM module and the U0293:00 DTC (from your ticket) is mentioned as well.

This code is referenced more than 120 times and is references lost communications between the Hybrid EV Power Control Module and 1 of many other modules. Below is the first 3 of 127 references. In this case the APIM module is the other module.

It goes on and on referencing the same failure of communication between the Hybrid EV Power Control module and another module.
Probably explains why the suggestion to make sure the Gateway Module is updated and checked first? Afterall, it IS the "gateway" that multiple networks and modules are connected to in order to communicate with each other.
I believe we have one forum member who reported a harness was replaced on his truck as a remedy.
I believe another has stated that the harness connector connection at the SOBDMC (next to the 12V AGM battery) was suspect and re-ensured for a good connection. For him so far so good.
