For me FordPass reflected the 75 emblem as a result of FordPass App update from PlayStore.

Nothing to do with OTA, in my opinion, since my truck had what is called 3.5.4 more than 3 months ago.

Also, a 2022 Powerboost that doesn't have this recent multi-module 22-PU1010-MIL-OL available as an FDRS available update. Rumors are that I had already applied those updates previously as well?
It could explain why this 10r80 is the slickest un-tuned 10r80 that I have had yet. My 5th vehicle equipped with it.

I don't take any of this to the bank until the gurus have spoken with certainty. :)

Details on what it actually does described here. The update is new in the OTA world, but not new to anyone who has FDRS.

My 21 XLT (work take-home) isn’t updated to that yet, so will see if it’s available on FDRS when I get home to it.

I got a update Feb 2 smack dab in the middle of my 48 hour Austin icepocalypse power out adventure. About 15 hours into powering the house I got a message indicating the truck was going to reboot shortly and would be down during the install. Great. Since I didn't want to lose power at the whim of Ford I shutdown the generator and did the install.. then fired the generator back up.

Anyway.. any idea what this update did? I had recently FDRSed and then got 3.5.3 Jan 9 so I thought I was up to date. VIN 1FTFW1ED5MFB13052.

PS> Sometime in the past there was a discussion about whether running the generator impacted calculated MPG. It does. But it doesn't impact miles to empty oddly enough.

The only time in my life I got worse mileage was in 1973. Dogging a 1972 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 455 HO Super Duty. Black. Screaming hood chicken. The works. Nearly emptied the 17 gallon tank in 30 minutes. Didn't drive that many miles but the rear tires showed x,000s of miles of wear!!!

This recent low MPG experience was much quieter. And less memorable even though we were warm, had lights, internet, Keurig, charged up the neighbors, etc. I still smile when thinking back.

Checked your VIN; you haven't gotten anything since 3.5.4 on 2/2. Maybe it just takes some time to reflect the 75 year on Fordpass after 3.5.4 installs.
As you know I'm still stuck at 3.5.2 and my FordPass app updated early last week with the 75 logo. I don't think the logo and PowerUp version are related.

Starting to think that too but I’m not sure. In the FB groups I’m getting conflicted answers. People are reporting some that came with it, some are saying it isn’t.

My FordPass still shows a lightning, so I'm not convinced I'll ever see the correct vehicle graphic or the 75 anniversary logo ?

Got 3.5.3.2 on Friday, 3.5.4 yesterday, haven't got this priority update just yet.

Looks like you got one of the OTA updates Ford quietly notified NHTSA about in December but has evidently taken awhile to distribute. It’s an update to the BCM:

December 8, 2022 MANUFACTURER COMMUNICATION NUMBER: 22OTAPU1009TLCC
Components: BACK OVER PREVENTION

NHTSA ID Number: 10228957
Manufacturer Communication Number: 22OTAPU1009TLCC
Summary
Priority Update 22-PU1009-TLC-CSM for 2021 F-150 vehicles is now available. Quality improvements include:

- improvement to trailer license plate lights illumination.

- improvement to interior motion sensor alarm to prevent inadvertent alarms.

- enhancement to prevent alarm activation durring inhibit OTA updates.

Thanks. I noticed Myview and gauge display and other changes after the install so I assumed IPC was involved. Guess not.

Interesting! Didn’t show up with this one (Canada build) when I forced all the other module updates in FDRS

I got 3.5.2 back in the fall, 3.5.3.2 and 3.5.4 within a few days of each other last week, and this newest update last night. IIRC, the truck told me the update was to apply the trailer brake controller patch/recall. It did run my battery down enough during install that I had to redo my radio presets and gauge settings today, but I haven't noticed any new changes otherwise.

The MME got a similar update before a big UI update was later pushed out. I suspect the new version of bluecruise with lane change and in-lane positioning is imminent. The 23s are coming with this update already installed.
