3.5.3 was sent to you on 1/26, it downloaded half the files it needed it and timed out and failed. The error code reported is:

I have no idea what that means. I have seen several that failed over the weekend with this same error code.

3.5.3 is sitting in your queue since 1/26. It downloaded a few of the files, but most are pending. Nothing you can do to help the process. Good luck.

3.5.3.2 was sent to you twice on 1/27. The first time it failed, but the second time it went through. You should have full screen capability now.

No, you have to wait for Ford to resend it. The dealer won't help as Ford does not pay them to perform module updates.
