The reason why I suspected the SCCM @dolsen

Even though I described Antiglare on a dark road, I too had functional Antiglare but still had the blue highbeam indicator when Antiglare was full tilt with no oncoming vehicles. As soon as the oncoming vehicle triggered the curtaining, the blue indicator would go away.

However, I also had a perpetual DTC in the SCCM stating something like "module configuration error"

What I believe happened was I originally made all the edits that Robbi posted, but I typed the wrong line in the SCCM. My instrument panel was throwing some kind of error and Robbi pointed out to me that I missed the SCCM module because it didn't have his recommended edit. I couldn't figure out how I missed it, but he was right, so I added it.
Not realizing that I actually hadn't missed the SCCM, but rather I edited the wrong line.

Anyways, like you, Antiglare was configured, but my goof kept the blue indicator in play. If it wasn't for the soft DTC (only seen with a scan) I wouldn't have ever found my error or even thought there was anything wrong.
I saw a DTC pop up in the SCCM but didn’t even look into it. I just assumed it was because it wasn’t the factory SCCM since I also changed that for the heated steering wheel. Next time I get into it, I’ll check and see if that DTC is still there and what it’s for

i just did the whole list for the glare free
my IPC still shows the green headlight with the A in it
i thought it was to change to yellow or amber
i did the apim reset as well once everything was done and only dtc was still the active air dam, which i will fix when it stops raining

I’m pretty sure the green A is the correct symbol. That’s all I’ve gotten since o did the correct updates

Green is what you are aiming for.
Was it green before you started?

IIRC the auto high beams are white, and glare free is green. It looks activated to me

never dawned me to check the screen but its turned on in settings, i didnt have to toggle it

what i find amusing is the 75th splash screen, is selected and changed in forscan, but it refuses to engage
i can get the raptor, but no 75th so i leave it selected and enjoy the big FORD logo screen

wholly mooooooollly
did the 1st drive this morning at 2:10 am.
1st up i had not re-selected the fogs to be on . i noticed as i drove through my neighborhood and its windy roads that i kept seeing a light off to the right come on and off as i turned hmmm to the right. then my brain said hey your fogs are off and they must be coming on in addition to the wiggly main headlights.
COOL
once i got up on the state hwy 2 lane wide emergency lanes and about 80 feet of easement from pavement to woods,
i noticed the light was still great like it was on high beam a few days before, i like how far they reach out before hand.
but what struck me really fast was the light changes as i approached a BRIGHT building light that was aimed at the parking area, but also hits the road way, the lights did a dip/soften/dim ?? in that direction but the ditches area and in front were still bright,
when i got to town and the 4 way stop a car was in the opposite lane headed toward me and the i noticed the headlights were not shining into the driver area, but the front of the car was lit up from just below the hood to the street. in fact i never saw the driver until she passed by my drivers window...COOL
up on the next highway with same lane structure but a wider easement to the tree line, the lights again looked about the same, with no traffic or other distractions.
but as i came up to areas with bright street lights the headlights again dimmed, or dipped or somehow changed , then as i passed the lights the beam out in front would gradually brighten back up, i say gradually as in not immediate like it does when flick the stalk controls a more theater change in light levels, if that makes sense quick, but not immediate
an 18 wheeler came towards me with lights from hellll and the truck again dimmed at his vehicle but kept the sides lit up so i could see the lane markings and his grassy area. COOOOOOOL.

in the next town, the lights were constantly moving the beams or dimming or changing as lights from parking areas or cars were in the path of the camera.
the beam or light output into the next lane as cars approached was very evident and i really paid attention to see if my headlights lit up the opposing drivers. nope not once
i am impressed and i am sure i did not put into words just how amazing this piece of tech is,
but my roads are darker than a mineshaft and have TONS of critters trying to run across, so excellent lights are a must

It really is amazing difference for such little effort. It's truly awesome watching the beam pattern change around objects. I think I watch the light show more than the road at times. lol

I still have this weird feeling that someone is going to flash me because of how well everything is lit up, but that hasn't happened as of yet.

Interestingly enough, the only time I've had someone flash me over the last month with glare free was when I wasn't even going fast enough for the high beams to even be activated. Some people just assume any bright LED headlight is someone's brights.
