It is. I need to find the time and a level road to test out the Dragy..Very nice. You're making it hard to avoid getting this. Sub 5 second runs in a vehicle this big and brick shaped is crazy.

Hmm. I do now remember reading that in this thread, but didn't think about it at the time. ? I'll play around a little later today to compare.Do it in tow/haul and it’ll break into the 4s
Interesting.. Any idea why Tow/Haul beats Sport?Do it in tow/haul and it’ll break into the 4s
Sport turns off the combustion engine at idle. Tow/haul keeps it running. 1 theory is oil pressure dropping and the ECU holding back boost until appropriate operating oil pressure is achieved.Interesting.. Any idea why Tow/Haul beats Sport?
How is the top half of your graph showing negative G?![]()
With a bit more practice, I'm sure I could get it down a bit. That was the first time I've launched the truck. Brake torqued to about 2200rpm in sport mode, with traction control off, but AdvanceTrac still enabled.
Hmm.. I'm not sure. I definitely need to get a better run though. I was running out of room (curve was coming up) and I was letting off the throttle a little bit I think. The 1/8th mile graph from the same pull shows it even worse. hehHow is the top half of your graph showing negative G?
After comparing to a few other dragy screenshots, I'd agree it doesn't quite look normal. I'll try mounting it better and try on a different road somewhere soon.Hrm, I don't have a draggy, but that just doesn't look right. Negative G being shown, yet accelerating?
PB is a beast. Wait until you see the E30 numbers![]()
Can you see if they have the e50 map yet too? After comparing to a few other dragy screenshots, I'd agree it doesn't quite look normal. I'll try mounting it better and try on a different road somewhere soon.
Hmm. I just noticed one of the gas stations nearby sells E85.. Maybe I'll request an E30 map after I put a few more miles on this thing.![]()
The high pressure fuel pump can't flow enough fuel to make anything more than E30 viable. Will be confirming on the dyno early spring. Running lean is bad -- better to be safe. Can you see if they have the e50 map yet too?
