Still haven't had the time / chance to do another 0-60 run, but in daily driving, this thing is a beast. Transmission has smoothed out nicely: I dont notice the shifts unless I'm getting on it. It'll chirp third gear with TCS off. ? Smooth as butter in normal driving though.
Are you not using 4a or is it not responding fast enough?

I generally drive in 2wd, unless it's raining out or I'm playing a bit. Most of my drives are <10 miles and all city traffic with no room to run anyway.

I mounted the plate for the Dragy a bit better to take it possibly moving out of the equation. I just need to find a better road that's flat and not lined with houses, and I'll attempt to get some better runs, including a 1/4 mile.

OK. Jumping in. Received my tuner, updated, downloaded stock tune and sent in so awaiting tunes back.

Just curious... what came in the box with your tuner? I got the tuner, usb cable, firewall cable and the power for the firewall cable. 2 pages general instructions and 5 for 2021 F150 all on how to get stock tune, install new. I know you can read and reset DTCs, transmission tables, etc. but not sure how to do that. No instructions on that.

Sounds like you got everything. You can't.do much with the device until you load the tunes, but it's fairly intuitive - there's a menu for service functions, read/clear DTCs, etc.

I also got two Livernois Motorsports stickers, for the additional 200hp. ?

You can't really see it, but I felt the power difference for sure.. ?

I got the 91/93 performance and 87/93 towing. My impression is that all PB customers get those 2 tunes. I’m running the 91/93 performance tune.

I’m pretty excited about the improvement. I’m thinking of excuses to go driving ?
So on the device that they send, it just has those 2 tunes to pick from?
Wasn't sure if there was a peformance, tow and eco. Looks like you don't get eco.

Not sure how many are 'included' and what is offered.
I normally run 87, but would run 93 with the performance tune until it is time to tow.

Same reason for yzerman, just to reduce chances of them denying warranty if ever needed. Was just an oil change but when tuning it also turns off auto updates so I assumed they would attempt to update my truck while it was in the dealer.
So if you apply a tune, it no longer gets any updates until you revert back to 'stock'?
I am currently waiting on the 3.5.3/3.5.4 to roll out.

Edit: I saw this comment in the Livernois dyno video on youtube :-/

Guess this gives me a reason to wait until the update rolls out to my MY2022

You can ask for whatever tunes you want, even E30 and E50 (I believe). When you fill out the form you can make specific requests, or call them to discuss further. They seem to be fairly flexible.

That comment is several months old so not sure if accurate?? I did just receive the 3.5.2 update, after the tune was installed, FWIW.

I’ve had an update I’ve needed to do for like 4 months now, too lazy to switch the tune back to stock to update. You get a message on dash saying to update when you turn it on but still running fine till this day, I prefer not to update immediately anyways

and E50 (I believe)
Have they had one on the rollers with it yet? Running short on fuel under boost is a great way to grenade an engine.

I'm not 100% on that. I read or saw, somewhere, that they offered an E50 tune but I can't recall where now.

My memory might be failing me but I vaguely remember Livernois telling me that an eco tune isn't available for the Powerboost. If someone else had a different experience then please correct me.

Sounds like people have had different experiences regarding updates. My truck as stopped updating since I applied the tune. Perhaps it depends on what the update is updating?
