Yep, go with -NA for the four parking sensors or -PA for the six parking sensor setup, but I think the four is all you're after.
Just use ebay, autotrader, etc. any place that lists trucks for sale and lists the VIN.
What is the feature diff on 6 parking sensors vs 4? I say some notes that seem indicate those last two are for the parking assist but not sure if they have additional value? Also how do you figyre out where the drill for these are they marked on back of bumper? I am fairly certain I will be making same mod as I do 95% parallel parking in tight (for a truck) city spaces

Ordered mine yesterday so hopefully next weekend. I didn’t feel like giving Ford $8 per bolt so I’ll have to try and figure out what kind of bolt/thread count is used.Parts are slowly coming in. Should be ready next week to install.

That stinks. Mine is set to arrive Friday. Still waiting on the bumper sensors though to add the front proximity sensors. Going to do it all at once.
I had a similar issue and just ran a wire from the CCM, through the big grommet on the driver side and to the IPMA connector. I think it was less than $10 for 24AWG 4 conductor jacketed cable.
Defiantly an option but since I paid for a harness, I want the harness lol.
