Current Shipping Delays

Ordered April built June 1. Awaiting shipping since. It's <500 miles so it's by truck. It's still waiting 9 weeks now to ship.

I email the execs get a canned response from Corri embry representive for execs. We'll look into it if you haven't heard anything by end of next week. Started this in end of june. When ever Igit a response it's we'll check into it and you should receive a reply BLAB BLAB BLAB and it just continues with no information about WHY it hasn't shipped.

This is just infuriating!!!! Then I see they want to eliminate dealers. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

What has the dealer done for you during the whole order/build/shipping process? Mine has just said “I don’t know” “won’t be long(400 days after order)” I’m not sure what they have in this process anymore? Majority of us have been going to ford chat to get a better answer than the dealer

Dealer gets basically the same response from the Ford system as I get talking to Marketing. Or emails. No one seems to care, "This is what I see on computer updates" or take the time to have someone look into it.
Ford Management doesn't CARE and make the TIME to resolve a CUSTOMER concern.

17 days and counting to ship from KC to Iowa, 3 hr drive.

I emailed the execs last Wednesday, Aug 3. Received a response today from a liaison asking for the name it was ordered under, my address, and phone number.



Fingers crossed I'll see resolution of the issue of being stuck built but not shipped.



The upside is I've had time to save more for a down payment... Down side is interest rates keep going up on the portion I'll be financing.



I guess I'll just be happy to have the new wheels and bid adieu to my car.

Where did you get the trucking info? I haven’t gotten that much, last I had was a Norfolk Southern freight #

I'm financing with my credit union. Their rates have been better than Ford's in my region this whole time. I've always wondered how Ford decides where to throw 0% geographically. Sure would be nice. I'd settle for 1.9% in a heartbeat.

Had these been normal times, I'd have been at 1.49%. Now things are up to 2.74%
