Current Shipping Delays

Just an FYI, found out today that my truck will eventually ship via Union Pacific rail to Louisiana. Ford is still claiming it is in transit on a Jack Cooper convoy. It’s laughable at this point. Meanwhile my truck sits in Muncie, KS feeding the field mice.

Hoping this info might help someone else in my region.

Received a call from the executive assistant today. She says my truck is scheduled for loading on Friday the 12th and that she's trying to get something sooner for me. If it ships Friday, I'll be happier than I was on Thursday y'know?

18 weeks and counting for mine sitting "awaiting shipment". Absolute horseshit customer service. I don't want to see that Ford Rep Account on this forum anymore, because they don't give a shit about the customer /endrant haha

Hey y’all,
Been keeping an eye on this chat and there are mixed emotions! Happy for those who’ve finally received their trucks and sad for those who are still waiting. However I have not seen any info on my current situation.

I talked to ford chat several times and they said my truck shipped a few weeks ago via jack cooper. I then talked to my dealer and they mentioned that in the notes there is a chip hold at plant but somehow it’s still showing “shipped” with a convoy number. Does any one have any idea if the truck actually shipped and if so, is there any way to track it?

My truck arrived at Granger on 8/8. Ordertrack app still shows it in Dearborn on a plant hold. Granger got a bunch of trucks at the same time so they’re backed up now.

Mine showed up at dealer yesterday without any shipped notice. Still said it was at plant in his computer . Happy it is finally here.

Congrats! Did Granger contact you? Mine has shown shipped for 21 days. Didnt expect KC to Iowa to take that long.

No Granger did not. I got an email from the Ford Executive offices saying they'd been tracking my truck and their records showed it was delivered. I then checked the Ford tracker and it shows delivered to Granger and in "Final Preparation".

When I emailed Granger they told me they had the truck but they got 35 trucks in the last few days and had to work through them to do the inspection, recall, and prep work. And once they were done, their finance team would reach out to me.

Just adding my experience. Wrote the 4 emails I have 2 days ago. Got an email this morning from Tarita, I immediately called back and she answered. She is putting in an inquiry in with their track and trace team fwiw. My truck has been built since June 1. She mentioned maybe they were waiting for a truck already heading to dealer but mine should be going on a train first. Also said might be waiting for parts/chips but chat tells me there are no holdups there. Not expecting much but it is something. Granger is my dealer.
