I have a lot of sympathy for those that have $75K+ trucks on order. Dearborn is only a Truck ride to Central NYS. And I git it that once they drive the truck to a shipper lot they wash their hands of it. THAT IS BS!!!! The shippers they are using need to be more responsible for timely moves...

Dealer gets basically the same response from the Ford system as I get talking to Marketing. Or emails. No one seems to care, "This is what I see on computer updates" or take the time to have someone look into it. Ford Management doesn't CARE and make the TIME to resolve a CUSTOMER concern.
