OTA update issues

Nothing more than a USB. I need your vin and provide the files. You load them to a USB and wait. Can take a month sometimes for the update to kick off but it will. Update takes about 15-20 mins. Then it will fix the update page

Hey Jesse can you send me the files also. My OTA is greyed out in the truck and have recall for module recovery but my small dealer refused to attempt it because of issues with the last 2 trucks. Thank you.

I sure hope this is the case. I have been driving with my USB plugged in for 2 months and 14 days without a glimmer of an update. Any chance do you do the same for me in case there is something wrong with the APIM update I have on the stick created through FDRS?

I can make you a new set of files if you want me to. If the USB has been in there that long that is unusual even for this update.

I've had my usb in since June 4th & it still has not updated. Granted I do not drive it alot. I figure that I either I did something wrong putting the files on the usb or I just don't drive it enough for them to kick off.

Could be. If you can send me a screen shot of the USB file structure so I can take a look. Or I can send you a new manifest file.. possibly it was corrupted.
