It’s definitely a testament to the reason why people are skeptical of dealers and their service departments. In my opinion, this skepticism is well earned over many decades and they continually perpetuate it.I feel your pain. My dealership had my truck for the month of April and was unable to fix it. I can not believe that 7 1/2 months since this problem started, Ford Motor Company and its dealers are still unable to address this problem efficiently and quickly. I ended up following this thread and updating my truck on my own. It's a dam shame that ordinary people are able to accomplish these updates in their own driveway and these under trained inept dealer technicians can't do it.

I see they did the rest of those updates, you currently have none showing as available.I have 2021 job 1 powerboost hybrid 1FTFW1ED5MFB77138. BC was dealer installed on 2nd attempt 6/14/22. dash still has tach. still have not confirmed BC working because there are no supporting roads in my area. Dealer did not install 11 updates and no OTA updates received before or after. Dealer and FORD refuse to schedule or do remaining updates. I asked Ford to warrant 48 hr license for FDRS so I could install updates myself but they refused. Really feel bad about that. Current odometer 2304. My only alternative is to buy 2 day lic. I would like to keep the tach. Does anyone know if any, or which, update causes tach to be lost and display changed to hands free? I am hoping there are no more updates than the 11 that remained on 6/14.

There have been several instances of Mach-Es with working BC that just stopped working.Just picked my truck up this week. Bluecruise was working great then just stopped working.
