Hope this is true. I habe had the same eta since the build email on 6/15. The fact that I haven't been bumped yet leaves me feeling optimistic. I followed up asking if I was convoy all the way, the response was yes. Fingers crossed

Brutal. Im not sure if chip hell or shipping hell is worse. Im 15 days into "awaiting shipment" without any new ETA's. 10 weeks in chip purgatory was terrible.

Still awaiting shipment. Allegedly to be delivered by July 5.

We should really be allowed to retrieve our trucks ourselves. We're fully capable of pulling plastic off the seats ?

My delivery was bumped from 7/3 to 7/11 today. Its been sitting on in KS, MO since the beginning of June. So close, yet so far.

Yes. I called the number on their website and pretended I was my dealer and asked for an update. They checked with the person that manages the yard and got back to me within a few hours with and ETA that proved to be spot on accurate now that I have taken delivery. I don't feel bad about pretending to be my dealer. I am the one paying for this vehicle so I considered it my business to find out.

Do you remember what route you took on the phone tree? I got to HR then US transport but it would always take to a voicemail.

I do not remember but I can say with confidence it was not HR. I should have wrote it down. Keep trying my friend.
