For me, it feels like the ICE is SLAMMING on. The sensation feels like someone has a breaker bar hooked onto the crank and they are slamming it with a sledgehammer.

This is the same thing they did for me. Full replacement. Hopefully the mold does not regrow once it warms up

When I press the open button nothing happens. I have to press in the button and manually pop to door open. Any others experience this? I will probably have the dealer look at it next time I have it in but was curious if you all had experienced similar issues.

What does minimizing recirculating do? I was always taught to use recirculation in the warmer months because it pulls less hot humid air out of the cabin and the system does not have to work as hard. I would think using outside air would create more condensation. Unless you are speaking of...

Update: been working with my dealer and they have gotten approval from ford to replace the housing or whatever part it is that may be harboring all the (what I assume to be is) mold. Hoping the part comes in this week. Will provide any updates
