When you walk away from the truck, go 20 feet or so and leave the FOB on the ground. Get back in the truck and put the truck in gear, Will it shift and move?
i have no idea on that one.
i feel like a lab rat...be back in a minute/s

unlocked truck
started it, shut door and walked away with fob, as soon as door shut, the no key detected popped up on IP
i walked over 50 feet away and left fob on porch
walked back to truck and sat in seat, released parking brake, and truck gave notice of no key and and would not go into gear.
i then reset brake and tried again. no dice
so i shut it off and walked back to fob and locked truck with no honk or issues

Thank you for that. So the truck is 100% not seeing your, Or any other authorized FOB. Interesting. I'm assuming your horn works? Either by the horn button or by hitting the lock button on the fob twice?

i just went out and unlocked truck
started it and then shut door and walked away. as i shut door , i could see the no key detected alert in the instrument panel, i walked 50 feet away with doors unlocked, no horn or any noises.
i them pressed lock and it locked, with no horn or flashing light indications. i then pressed unlock and the running boards dropped down and door was unlocked when i got to truck.
hope this helps
as a note, the lights did not flash or illuminate even for a second when i pressed lock on the fob. it was all dark and quiet
I can't take more than 1-2 steps away from my truck before it double honks at me if it leave it running and close the door behind me. I need to get into Forscan and disable the setting. It's kind of one of those things that you don't realize how often you do that until your vehicle constantly yells at you for doing it.

yes horn works
i posted my as built data file earlier and the spreadsheet info to make the horn not sound
but we all know the 22 and 21 sync 4 has some quirks or built ins that may or may not work on spreadsheet

but yes i can close door, lock it and walk away with zero horn noise
and can walk away with it unlocked and its quiet
best part is NO LIGHTS illuminate outside to alert anyone the truck is running. its like the old model dark mode

next i will lock fob in truck and see if it remains locked.
i used that feature in the super duty at teh hog lease, lock fob in truck and not worry about loosing fob or it getting crushed or wet

next test question
is there a DARK MODE to set in forscan
this is no outside lighting or inside lighting if you shut off truck and open doors
you know to use at a drive in or out in the woods setting up for the hogs at OHHHHH dark 30
it used to be police mode or something but it was everything off
i found a switch on media buttons to turn off the BIG screen and a switch in the overhead to kill interior lighting, but the ambient stays on and so does the outside LED lights and parking lights

I can confirm this works, recirc stayed on for 8 hours today and never once turned off. Thank you very very much.
UGGH! I tried this months and months ago to no avail, trying to figure out the the recirc. I am going to try again, and maybe reset the module after the change as maybe my changes didn't take effect right away.

Will the mirrors return to the saved driver Position after tilt? Or it will keep raising untill it reached top and start clicking?
