@ROBB1 Any help please in tilting mirrors in reverse?

Will the mirrors return to the saved driver Position after tilt? Or it will keep raising untill it reached top and start clicking?

@antho instructions are correct, but be advised they will click constantly. We seem to be missing a limit setting so the mirrors keeping trying to drive past their mechanical limit.

So your suggestion is to do nothing untill ford fix the click issue?

Nothing for Ford to fix. this is not a "feature" of this truck, is it? We find some features for other brands or vehicles (like the Lincoln auto fold mirrors), but none of that is offered by Ford. Its us finding these things and enabling them and hoping they work as expected.

It is completely possible that the F150s don't have what is needed to stop the mirrors after returning form using the reverse tilt feature. As it was never intended to be in the F150s, Ford could (rightfully) care less if it works on an F150 or not (IMHO)

I'm not saying that it can't work or that the trucks can't do it. It could be as simple as we have not found all the forscan changes needed to make it work properly.

in this case I am wondering if there is a possible way to enable choose the driver seat position while in motion?
I registered the 3rd position to tilt mirrors. But sometimes I forget to switch back to 1st position in the next day. So I should full stop the truck to change seats. So could it work while motion with some FORSCAN changes ?

I was wondering this too. A friend wants to add Alexa to his 2021 Lariat as well, but Ford says the update will be pushed for this? At this point everyone here has given up on waiting for Ford's OTA updates, its just a major fail. Anyone knows how to enabled Alexa on the 2021s? Bonus if anyone has enabled this on a Canadian F-150.

mine has the alexa app on the screen . i havent tried it and the free period is ending.
frankly i dont want alexa in the truck. just like xm it will be removed when it expires

Look under SCCM 724-01-01 xxxx **xx xx-- Make note of your factory setting (8C or 0C) and use the table in the SCCM spread sheet for your desired setting.

Got it - just found it there too! Thank you.

Now to get my truck back from being blacked out (de-chromed). Goes in Tuesday and once I get it back I will tweak a few settings with FORSCAN.

It hard to just look at my new truck in the driveway. But I do not want to get a rock chip in it prior to the front being paint protected.
