I give up, I cannot even keep the sheet updated anymore with all of these wild swings. damn ridiculous. I've invested (wasted?) so much time on this forum (and others) since I ordered in December and I still have nothing to show. I'm sure nearly each of you can make the same statement.

The worst part of it is that Ford doesn't care, they will keep on churning out reduced spec trucks and people will keep on buying them, WHEN they deliver. Whether I will take a MY22 delivered in Oct 22, ordered in Dec 21 is a different question, but I'm sure hundreds of others might be eagerly waiting in line.

I'm sure I will still buy my truck no matter what. I may have a truck prior to it showing up. I will still buy it and turn and burn it for a profit. After all this bullsh*t, I HAVE NO SHAME

No such emails for me about being "built". Guess I'm on serious chip hold. Per my last note, Ford said it was built, sitting on ramp 59 I believe it was.

The whole built and delivered in October or September is mind blowing. To me that means the truck isn’t built, so Ford needs to stop saying that.
I’m concerned that my “built” truck still waiting on shipping isn’t actually built now. The dealer sent me a screen shot of the VVR and it said built On 5/13 and awaiting shipment with an ETA of 5/22-5/28. Only time will tell

I can only sit here and think one positive thing. They finally are trying to overshoot previous trucks ETAs that kept getting multiple date pushes. Maybe Ford said f#ck it and tell us this and deliver sooner. That's it, my one last positive thought on this process as it goes on.

I was literally thinking this on my way in to work. Go from overpromising and underdelivering to underpromising and overdelivering

Just had an interesting conversation with my dealer (good friend from when I was in the business, he's the manager now). He was surprised my truck is being held on a chip hold with ETA of so late. Because they were just told they would be receiving units but with a stop sale on them until the parts are delivered to the dealership for them to install.

I wonder if this is the case for a lot of you that were on "hold" then suddenly "built and shipping"??

Anyone else hear this from their dealer?

RocketFistMooga - I got the exact same chat message, except I was only one month out. I guess I shouldn't feel as bad at this point.

Yeah I just reached out to Dexter from Koons Woodbridge Ford and he confirmed a October ETA on my truck that 4 days ago he had said 6/5-6/11. Well it was fun?¿? Not sure if I will end up with a Ford or not but I'm not waiting. See there is a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Diesel in the local lot for 59k. Good luck everyone

As I have previously stated, I now do not trust the information I receive from chat. But this type information is tickling my brain parts and I am trying not to freak out. Reached out and left a message for my dealer. Hoping I can get ahold of them this morning and see what they are seeing on their side. If I truly am going to be delayed until late September I am going to start exploring other options. That is completely insane.

This is what has me concerned. Before this build week, I've never seen anything like that. We don't know whether to make heads or tails of that? Will people get these sorts of messages and take delivery in June? Probably. Will others wait until October or later? Past history tells us that's likely, too. It's just hard to know whether we'd be better served hanging on a bit longer or cutting bait and exploring a plan B. I don't like that feeling, especially in this vehicle market.

Well, nothing exciting in my e-mail from Ford this morning, still no modules, guess I'll give the chat a go, appears busy this morning...

I'd be willing to bet there are more than a little slammed this morning. Poor bastards
