Purely speculation, but I seem to have recurring DTCs on the CMR and IPMA, both of which clear after a retest. I would assume CMR has to be working in order for BC to work. My thought was that the DTC on the DSM might be triggering the other two.

I'm not understanding your questions? When you enable adaptive cruise with lane centering, you cant turn the lane keep on or off. If your adaptive cruise is off, You should be able to toggle lane keep on or off and it should work and inform you if its seeing the lines by green indicators on the IPC. Not sure how long you have been testing on the highway but may be worth going on a little longer test run to see.

Sorry the terminology can be similar which throws me off. I believe that I am talking about is Lane Centering under adaptive cruise control. I have noticed that when I enable cruise control now it does not take over and steer for me at all(only slows down for cars in front of me). Previously before any updates the truck when it noticed it was in a lane on the highway would take over and steer while asking me to touch the wheel every 15 or so seconds, and this is no longer working which is odd & I assume unintentional. On the highway the IPC shows that it does sense the lanes, as they will go green when I am in a lane and orange/red othweise but it offers up no steering input at all. Toggling the button on the steering wheel which turns lane center on/off will usually result in a popup that says "bluecruise not available" but never any steering. I took the truck on a 10 mile ride up the highway to test which

Run a PMI on your Gateway module. when it asks if orignal module is installed select NO. @ me on here when you are done so I can look at the data. The gateway config is wrong. That is what is preventing your BC

You also need to PMI your PSCM. same way

Do the PSCM first then do the gateway and then let me know its done and ill look to see if the config is fixed

Did you actually update the CMR and CCM? do you remember those being updated?

If I remember correctly, I kicked off the CMR, which then triggered the CCM. Here's the log from FDRS. This was on 5/8.

I believe it did. It read, erased then wrote.

Any chance the gateway is causing the DSM issue? Should I run another PMI on the DSM now?

I still feel like this is wrong.

I need to try and have someone who's fully updated with a Plat post their value.

The DSM has nothing to do witht he Gateway. its only function is to handle tilt wheel, Adjustable pedals, your seats movement and power boards if you have them. If all the heats steering wheel and heated adn cooled seats are working Id leave be for now. The issue is the As build has not been updated online. So the config is failing becuase it is looking for 40 lines and you now have 44.

Something went wrong in the update and it didnt update the database. It is not a big fdeal soon enough the Asbuild on liine will update on its own because the truck self reports every so often, Once that happens youll be able to do a PMI.

It is not important. It wont cause an issue.

You are good to go though. BC is all set.

I appreciate the words. I am glad I have been able to help. I know that a lot of these situations would have never been resolved on the dealer level. Ive learned a lot through helping also. So its been very beneficial to me as well.

I havent had to develop as much time recently since more people have completed the process and have the answers to some of the questions that pop up. I only get involved in the really weird stuff anymore.
