Does this mean I'm good? Truck was picked up new from dealer March 25th, Fordpass still shows recall available though.

Yeah you show to be on the right software, although not sure why you have the recall notice:

Yep. That’s the new software. New trucks that were still in production or produced after mid-February received it.

I am taking my PB in on Wednesday for the Trailer Relay Module recall, they said it'd just take a couple of hours. He still doesn't have the parts for the sagging insulators... and doesn't expect them for at least a month, probably longer. If they inspect a truck and there is ANY sagging... it doesn't have to be touching the drive shaft... they will "down the truck" until it's fixed.
What are sagging insulators and what problem do they cause ??

If I have an android phone is there a way to find out if the dealer did the correct update for the recall? I assume the answer is no seeing as it was done last Wed (April 13).

Download the as-built days from Motorcraft and look at the bottom/end of the XML. I believe that the widget is just downloading that data and parsing it into a readable format.

That’s interesting. I received notice on Ford Pass for the TRM but the module screen shot matches shows that It’s already there. My truck is a Job 1 2022 per signature.

Have yet to hook a trailer

Your truck was produced outside the timeframe Ford identified in its report to NHTSA. That is interesting. I don’t know what to make of it except that other parts of the report might also be inaccurate and I can’t really put much faith in any of it. For me, trying to read the tea leaves has become pointless. I agree with @Jesse-Infotainment—I think it’s going to be a while before we see anything definitive from Ford.

Ok, I'm still very confused on this recall and update.

My 2022 F150 KR PB 6.5' was built end of Dec, 2021. It has NOT been serviced. The only OTA I received was the early Feb Blue Cruise Map update (adding some more roads).

My Ford Pass says I need the recall.

When I use the Ford Widget, it shows the TRM data looks just like post #157 above (except of course the Serial Number field).

So:
(F188): STRATEGY (SW VERSION)
MU5T-19J297-DH

According to the documentation posted version DH has the fix.

Is this correct, has anyone, FOR SURE, had the recall performed at the Dealer and DH is the level you are at now?

I don't understand how I could have DH on something that was built in Dec, 2021....?

Mine was built Nov 2021 and I also have -DH and FordPass app and ford.com/support/recall-details show that I am affected by the recall. It really is confusing - if -DH has been available for nearly 6 months then why has it taken Ford this long to make the update available for dealers to install. I guess maybe they needed to more thoroughly test it to be sure that version doesn't have the problem and can be safely used on any of the affected TRM hardware revisions? I'm sure there's a technical reason for it but it kind of makes you wonder whether the -DH version we have is the same as what the recall remedy is using? Or if the recall remedy includes some other steps like updating other modules or changing configuration variables? Or are we not actually affected and they are just being super slow to update their affected VIN list?

I would love to see somebody who's had the recall service completed share their AsBuilt data for the TRM module (#791), not just the software version, but all the other data for the module, so I could compare it to mine and see what the differences are.

I have an appt for Saturday. If there aren't any confirmed updates posted here that it is truly available, I'll reschedule again. Sigh.

Is the fix for this in FDRS already? If not, does anyone have an ETA?

I get my Mongoose tomorrow but it will be a week or two before I have time to dedicate a full day or two to get my updates. Ideally, I could take care of this too and save me a trip to the dealer.

Dealer said they did this today but the widget says I'm at ML3T-19J297-BB. Does the data take time to update before the widget shows the new version?

Seems I went 0-3 with the service department today. Really getting fed up.

Nope. Your dealer applied the February release, not the recall. You’re not even close to the first person this has happened to. You will need to go back to get the recall when it becomes available. It is not available yet and there’s no ETA.

So the correct version didn’t get released to the dealer on 4/18, as was projected?
I was in last Friday and again tomorrow morning.
Sounds like maybe don’t waste a trip back to the dealer until further notice?
