Yeah it seems Ford is swimming in a sea of Recall/Warranty cost as of late with 2025 numbers pushing $5B. See https://www.ainvest.com/news/cost-reliability-ford-recall-crisis-implications-investors-2508/
For perspective these were the published numbers on the two max tow axle recalls...
Got an update on status from my dealer today since I entered the queue in June. After getting unprompted text updates several times on status the parts being available only for those dates to come an go the most recent one stated the parts are on indefinite back order
I reached out to Ford...
Geez , you really have gotten the short end of the stick from Ford on this recall. You would think they would make it a priority for you considering the failure of the redesigned part. Did you by chance get a look at the bearing failure or was your SA able to say if the bearing was poorly...
Stopped by my Dealer today to check status of parts. I got in the queue with the required odometer & door jamb pics on 6/24 so we’re at 3 months now. They have notified me a couple times of the parts back order issue. Today they said they would try a re-order. I’m in no hurry as existing...
I got my truck in the queue on June 26th
at my dealer here in Virginia and at that time parts were expected mid July.
Today they updated and said Ford reported new ETA end of August.
I had something similar happen on my ‘22 after a Windows DDM 25.12.0 update. You can review how that was resolved on the Power Up OTA mega thread. Page 168 post #2507. One quick solution to try would be to disconnect negative on both batteries on a PB for 15 minutes. I

This thread has tempted me to...
Got a chance to drive a known route that included some local 35 to 50 mph roads and some interstate with decent S curves entrance and exit I set the Forscan values 2357# and 1069 kg
Did 1 loop on the route then reset to stock values and a 2nd loop. All in Normal drive mode.
Notably, in...
Default value is vehicle payload. I’ll bump it up by 1000# and give it a test ride. That would be great to get the Sport CCD setting in all drive modes that simply.
Received BC 1.4, IPMA 24.204.10.9 update yesterday. I’ve had BC 1.4 running on my ‘22 since January’24 via FDRS/Forscan.
It requested 95 min to install but ended up taking 62 min. Interestingly , my original battery was at 12.63 v 92% SOC at the start of the install and when finished it...
