So I just got my truck back from the dealer who did the Insulation/Driveshaft recall and they were unable to do the TRM recall as the software was not available yet for my truck.

Download the as-built days from Motorcraft and look at the bottom/end of the XML. I believe that the widget is just downloading that data and parsing it into a readable format.
My dealer claimed to have done it but fordpass says nothing since a blue cruise ota in february

I thought I was a rockstar because I talked a dealer into sneaking me in on April 1 for the TRM and PCM recalls. I was in and out in an hour and now the Recall notifications are gone in FordPass and the owner website. They must have installed the Feb 2022 version, not the correct recall version ?

Does this apply to the PCM recall, too? I've looked around and can't find a similar thread to this on the PCM recall. Was the software I received on April 1st the correct one for PCM?

Some of the comments I've come across on some other Ford forums (regarding 22S17) are interesting; e.g.:

"'I had made an appointment to have my recall programming done today but they called and cancelled yesterday stating that Ford recalled the update programming for the recall. And that they would let me know when I can bring it in. Pretty bummed. Have a camping trip in 2 weeks I was going to take my trailer to. Hoping they have it done by then.'
I just got back from the dealer after having the programming done. I guess i'll have to go back. Update: I called my service rep. He can't verify a recall on the update." (April 6, 2022).
And:

"'My maverick just showed up to dealer yesterday and has to have the recall completed before I am able to purchase. Hoping it can be done today.'
My Ford dealer tried to do the update on my Maverick and failed. It is now a brick. Good luck. Let me know how yours goes!" (April 21, 2022).

Just cancelled appt for tomorrow. No reason to reschedule until the dust settles on this chaos.
I did the same thing with my appt scheduled for today.

My newest truck was built 10 days ago (4/11) and is currently in a railcar somewhere heading south. So it's about as fresh as they come.

The TRM module is not DH. Lol
And even funnier is FDRS already has a TRM update available for the VIN, yet the update isn't DH either. (It's BB)

That's pretty strong evidence that either the fix isn't available, or DH isn't necessarily the magic cure.

I have seen newly built truck as builds with the update, so I know it’s out there. It must also depend on when your module was manufactured. You could be getting a module that was manufactured months ago. Not sure why they don’t update everything from the factory though during QA.

I still think it is likely the trailer module problem is hardware based not firmware and Ford is trying to avoid replacing all those modules.
