Unfortunately for the dealer, my 2018 has a feature that's not available on a new vehicle. NO PAYMENTS
I’m carrying 3 thanks to my daughter rolling the H3 down a hill. Wife got a new Jeep as a result. That leaves my youngest daughters’ 2016 Focus as my current favorite vehicle ?

Problem is used values are way down too, so rebates mean squat. My son and I have fairly well equipped 2023 STX’s, both bought for about $54k new Trade value now? $39k, and dropping about $1k per month steady the past two months.

It increased again on the rcsb by $100. I kinda knew it would, I thought it was going to be much more.

I am pretty deep into all my modifications, but I could probably be persuaded into a six and a half foot bed Lariat. I would even be willing to do a chrome delete. As someone who has done a chrome delete before it's cheaper than adding power fold mirrors to my XLT. And that is professionally done by professionals removing parts and adding paintable parts. You throw the fact that I'm in the dead of winter and desperately miss four-wheel Auto.....ugh. But even on a 25' I would have to figure out how to add the keypad. Because I'm that guy.

When I purchased my 24' XLT in June they had a 6 and 1/2 ft bed Lariat with tow mirrors on the lot. I was so pissed off with everything that happened with my 23' Lariat I just wanted to get out of there as cheap as possible. Honestly thinking...how difficult could it be to add a few things to the 24'? Ever since the disaster of adding tow mirrors to my XLT I've been kicking myself. Because after I add the power fold mirrors I still want to add four-wheel Auto. Live and learn I guess.

I have said I won't buy another new one, but if you give me one hell of a deal and I can stop fing around with my XLT...I may be a hypocrite. The days of me walking in a dealership and having to have the latest is gone. Is it a hell of a price?? Than we can talk.

I have been saying for months that this is eventually going to catch up with Ford. You cannot keep increasing prices and rolling back options. If you want people to go in debt for your product you need to make it worth it to the consumer.

retired!
How do repo's affect the potential incentives that Ford will offer on new 25's? If at all??
Putting on my economics professor hat:
Those repos increase the supply of used trucks, driving their price down. Increased demand for recent used trucks, an imperfect but close substitute for new trucks, reduces the demand for new trucks. But ford still has to sell the new ones, so more incentives.

I would even be willing to do a chrome delete.
No! Never!

?

And a new supercab powerboost lariat would certainly catch my interest. At that point, I'd go the aftermarket power running boards and HUD, and do the massaging set conversion. Even more if I could do a rear seat delete and gain a secure large storage locker. (the only reason I even want supercab over regular is the driver's seat position; comfortable settings for 6'2" me involve reclined seats on nearly everything).
