Will the Super Cab and 2WD ever come back in higher level trucks?

I currently have a 2WD 2021 Lariat Super Cab 6.5" bed, and was thinking if something happens to my truck I would not be able to replace it. The main thing is I really use my 6.5" bed and don't need 4 full size seats, sure some trims would let me get a super crew (editted) and 6.5" bed, but that makes the truck quite a bit longer, and garage space could be an issue. I also really don't want 4WD, I live in Alabama and part time in Florida, am not taking this truck out in the mud and on the very rare event of snow I will just stay home.

i doubt it

only one was sales of the supercab.

I assume you mean "sure some trims would let me get a super cab crew and 6.5" bed, but that makes the truck quite a bit longer"

They did announce 2WD will be available again with the higher trims for '26. Doesn't look like it'll be available with the PowerBoost at any trim level though.

Hang on to your Lariat SuperCab and cross your fingers that no one takes it out. My last-ever 2022 is irreplaceable, too, so definitely a long-term keeper.

Nope, no expectation of higher-trim supercabs in the foreseeable future, they just didn't attract enough buyers.

As far as 4x2 - that's different and it's back in the Order Guide for 2026, at least for the 145" WB / 5.5' box supercrew ICE Lariat, KR, and Platty. Think they realized that one's still popular with the mom's hauling kids.
