Has anyone used wheel spacers on their stock wheels with bigger tires to get a little more poke on their trucks? Is this a viable option? Are there any cons to lets say a 1" spacer? I like the stock 20" sport wheels but prefer a little more aggressive stance. Just wondering if anyone has pics to share if they did.

HAHA! I have same interest but was thinking maybe a 1/2" spacer that uses existing bolts. On previous threads I have seen people able to use 1.25" or larger if the stock wheels have indents to clear the bolts, but 1" typically had to be cut shorter.

No update at all?
So i guess nobody is runing wheel spacers here!?
One concern I would have is to make sure the spacers are hub centric. That way your load is still on the axel and not the lug bolts.

I tried 1.5" spacers after modding my truck and my tires were rubbing everywhere.

2.5" Motofab Level
295/65/20 Toyo AT3's
Factory 20" Sport Wheels

Looked so damn good too, oh well..

Tried the 1" spacers and figured out I needed to trim the wheel studs and that was a no-go for me. Now wondering if a 1.25" spacer might do the trick?

Good luck fellas!

Resurrecting this thread again. I have sport 20's and would like to poke out 20mm / half an inch. Wondering if anybody has tried this yet? Feedback/pics would be great.

Im getting my '21 F150 leveled today (ReadyLift 2") and putting on KO2s 285/65/20 on my 20" stock wheels. I would like to get a wider stance but am worried about rubbing. 1/2" spacers might be the way to go? Does any tire shop install them?

Just keep in mind guys smaller spacers like 1/2” and possibly up to 1” will require you to trim down your existing lug bolts. Some OEM rims will have voids/pockets in them that allow the lugs to fit into but at some point the lugs will still hit before the wheel mating surface flattens up against the hub/rotor like it should. I personally would not recommend trimming lugs but it can be done. Often times it can mess up the threads and cause problems.

If you have aftermarket wheels with no voids/pockets, then your spacers must be thicker than your lugs are long otherwise they will need to be trimmed.

Gotta revive the thread. Boutta bite the bullet myself and buy bora spacers but was hoping someone else had successfully done it first. Also I’m running level, 34ish’s, and matte black sport 20” wheels.

I added KSP 1.5" Billet spacers afterwards. Gave the poke I was looking for, although I think 1.25" would have been more what I was hoping for. No levelling, on stock sport 20's with Hankook OEM rubber there is no rubbing. No need trim or modify stock studs, etc - direct bolt-on. Proper Torqueing is key and cannot be understated.

I just purchased 1.25" BORA spacers. Shipping times look like 3+ weeks but I'll post pics when they are installed. I've got stock 18's and have the truck leveled by dropping the rear (removed blocks and install 1" lowering shackle). I've also upgraded my tires to 33's (General Grabber ATX 275/70/18). The video below is the best one I've seen that shows a back to back comparison b/t stock and 1.25" spacers.

Went ahead and got them myself as well. 1.5” boras. Running ~34.5x11.5r20 ridge grapplers, stock sport 20s, and 3 inch level. Minimal if any rub on lower plastic valence and the perfect “poke out” I was looking for. aggressive stock leveled look, but not so skinny. No need to trim studs with my setup.

I tried but could not find any hub centric 1/2" spacers for my 20" Sport wheels with the Alcon front Big Brake Kit, which are not even that big) My previous mechanic put on some non hub centric 1/2" spacers (liar told me they were hub centric) and they were junk, front end was wobbling while braking it was horrible.

Just ordered some 1.25" Boras for an APB Brake BBK (3 week backorder) but w/ the stock sport tires and the stock Hankook's and I am pretty sure they are going to stick out too far. So I am in a pickle....

I will post picks once everything is wrenched in.
