Can't argue this and I agree. The guy is taking care of it so I'll give him that. I went to his shop the first time and he's coming to my work to fix it.
Its 100% aftermarket. I talked to the installer and he's going to get it replaced under warranty. I am ok living with a little bit of defect but not this bad. The factory glass in my other doors looks perfect in my opinion.
My truck was broken into yesterday by some lowlifes looking for guns. They hit a few trucks in my working parking lot in broad daylight. They broke the rear passenger glass and ultimately didn't take anything. I just got home from getting the glass replaced ($300 + tax) and I am seeing this in...

They are Roush wheels. Linked my post above. Love them but they are heavy compared to everything else.
For the past 20 years I've used Cover All tire shine, which works great if you have gloss wheels because you won't notice any accidental overspray and it's easy to wipe off anything that does overspray. Now that I have satin black wheels, I don't want any overspray because "wet" spots on the...
I have 48,000 miles on the truck and over the past 6,000 miles I'm about 16% electric miles. The majority of my miles are in town with a lot of short trips mixed in.
Mods that affect mpg are:
1. 33" General Grabber SL - Same tires that come on the Temor and speedo was calibrated with Forscan...
Well that sucks. What were you getting before? I am on stock ride height and with my stock 18's and 33" General Grabber's (SL rated) I averaged 19.5mpg over the past 5,000 miles.
The dealership did some updates and cleared some codes yesterday on my truck and it did not pop up on my commute this morning. The service manager told me on the phone they got some advice from Ford on what to do. Fingers crossed.
Got it back yesterday after the truck was at the dealer for most of the day. The dealership called Ford and did an update and cleared out some codes. It did not pop up on my commute this morning so that's a good sign.
Have you tracked your mpg before and after the wheel upgrade? They are on the heavy side compared to everything else I looked at. I am still on my first tank of gas since having them installed so it's too early to tell for me.
Did your truck come stock with 20" wheels and 33" tires? Mine came with 18" wheels and 32" tires. I sold the 32" right after buying the truck and slapped on the 33" General Grabbers. These Roush wheels weighed 42lbs (no lugs), which is a huge jump over the stock 18" weight of ~30lbs.
Purchased the wheels from American Trucks (great customer service) and the tires from Discount Tire. I've only got about 50 miles on them but the tires ride smoother than my worn out General Grabber ATX in 33" (18" wheel). The overall wheel/tire combo is heavier than what I've had for the past...
I have the same issue. I've never hooked up a trailer and I've owned it since new. I'm still looking for a fix.

Thanks. I sent an email to the service manager and the Customer Experience Manager with photos of the message, hoping they acknowledge the issue and find a fix.
