Apparently now that these Whipple's have been out for a couple years on the 2021+ failures are popping up, catalytic converters falling apart and blocking are the issue.

You my friend are very bright. Come to think of it I believe it was the for the .75" spacers. And I think for the 1.25" on one of the rear wheels the inside small section needed to be sanded down slightly.

I swapped out the Bora 1.25" for Bora 0.75" spacers, wheels stuck out a little too far for my taste. You have to cut the stock studs "around" 1/2" as they would not fit in the the pockets of my stock 20" Sport wheels. These are the 1.25" and the specs are...

Just installed the HSW and it works but my heated & cooled seats, rear defrost and passenger dial are not working. Any help is appreciated? 2021 501A with factory cooled and heated seats. These are the values I changed below.

My TB was Moly coated to make it a very smooth surface, do not know the exact procedure but that with the edge marring is the best I can get until Whipple gets hammered with warranty claims from Ford dealers installing their Form OEM branded system.
