After I have charge the AGM battery to full charge, and let it rest for a hour or so, what should be or what is your battery voltage at when the normal drains of an unstarted F-150 be. I'm trying to nail down that sleep mode bug.

Without waking up the truck by opening a door or approaching it with the keyfob it should be 12.8v+ after charging with an external charger.

Charging a Battery can raise its voltage into the 13.8 voltage range. That is 13.8v / 6 cells = 2.3 volts per cell. Normal cell voltage is in the 2. to 2.1 range.
At this point you see what is called a space charge voltage due to charging.
It will slowly leak down to the 12.7 range (2.1 / cell) or be taken down by putting a load on it from the vehicle ignition, lighting etc.
Space charge has no real capacity to provide high drain currents.
Be a where that measuring voltage at the Battery posts will be higher than from a Power port inside because there is a small drop through the Body Control Module feeding the rest of the vehicle circuits.
Good luck.
