Brother in law has newish (2021?) GMC Denali HD, loaded.

He asked me to back it up to a pallet of top soil, while he went in to pay.

On my truck, the back up camera is dead on accurate. If I just see the white line in a parking spot, peaking out beneath the rear bumper, that is reality.

On his, I thought I still had feet of room. It was inches.

I have noticed this switching between many vehicles at work that not every backup camera scales the same. I haven't hit anything, but sometimes what appears to be inches is really a foot away.
