Warning alert overload

Hi all,

I don’t know about you, all of the warning chimes are beginning to annoy me. Today is a good example. I loaded a tree stand in the bed and had the tailgate down. I put the truck in reverse and all hell breaks loose. I wish the truck could understand - shut the *&#$ up.

Probably, but I think some can‘t be turned off.

I have reverse auto brake disabled and silenced -- If you're talking about the reverse radar noise, you should be able to disable it too. I know how to use the camera, everything else is worthless.

You can turn everything off in the Driver Assistance menu. I have it set as my "Favorite" shortcut for this reason.

Nothing worse than towing and every time in reverse, a bunch of brake assist and cross traffic not available pop ups and bongs. ok, I got it long ago, but after a few thousand miles towing, stop yelling at me. sheesh.

Thanks for the input. I know why Ford does it and it is good to know I can turn most of it off.
