Might be a stupid question, my battery has run down due to the car standing for three weeks if I can get a jumpstart is it possible to charge the battery with the battery tender utilizing my 7.2 kW generator?

No, but the truck will charge it as fast as it can while in 'run'. You can turn on generator mode, turn off HVAC, if it's dark, turn off the lights, set an alarm on your phone for an hr or so, and go out and turn it off. It'll start about every 18 minutes or so for about 90 seconds and shut back down. Enjoy the hybrid benefits ;)

Like HammaMan said, it's pointless since the truck will charge the batteries while it's "running".

Out of curiosity though I think I'm going to plug my Mustang's tender into the truck and see exactly what the draw is on the ProPower system because I'm silly like that.

Reminds me of a cold winter sled trip, We plugged a diesel truck block heater into the Ford to enable it to start. Ford to the rescue!
