Emailed with Lawrence today as well and he stated they were going out by the 17th at the latest.
Well that is just terrible business practice. He told me over the phone they’d be out with a day or so, which was last Wednesday/Thursday I can’t remember exactly. That’s after two weeks of “it’ll be out by/over the weekend”. If there was some other issue found he should say that. His dealers got theirs already which are apparently local Ford dealerships.

This is kind of comical. Very glad that I waited to order.
I really hope he works the kinks out in his process.
It actually is comical because people still recommend going to him for various parts. The target date of 4/15 has been missed. The next excuse will be delays because of a holiday…..that was nearly 3 months after the date they were supposed to be sent.

This is a classic example of him thinking that telling us all what’s actually happening would be more detrimental vs stringing all of us along.

“hey all, sorry for my delay on this product. I had supply chain and design issues that I am solving. I also overcommitted to multiple projects. Based on what I see on my production schedule right now I should have all of these out in the next 3 weeks. My apologies for the lack of communication. This has been a good lesson for me on planning my schedule with constraints, and better communication with my customers.“

I get that I really do but there is a point where silence feels more like you’re hiding something than trying to buy a little more time. It’s been nearly two months! I will say though I’m fairly confident that the work put into them will be worth it in the end but it’s very easy to stay in touch with customers via social media nowadays.

nothing on my end yet but at least someone got shipping notification. Hopefully that means the rest are coming shortly

I have the same, "shipper created a label, UPS has not received the packet yet.". Guess this is another stalling technique.

Yeah I was thinking same, “let’s give them something to show it moving along”. I figured okay late on a Thursday? Probably a Friday pickup. Then after nothing Friday I figured today. Very interesting business practices.

Interesting. Where as my email was received with saying he was just going to refund my order since I can’t be happy. I’d be plenty happy with the product but when they set their own timelines and then silence other than to announce new products it stings. Like others said it seems like it was crowd funded.

When I spoke to him on the phone it was as if he had my order packaged up and ready to go but he waited to speak with me first to ensure I still wanted it. That was end of May.
