Update stuck?

I had an update that was trying to install every day, ford pass kept showing it being rescheduled. I assumed it was failing for low battery and already had an appointment to test/replace the battery so I left it alone to see if it would run after. New battery was installed and it’s no longer even trying. If I go into the menu no option to update now but update details shows an update not completed. How to I get it to run or see why it’s not?

Most likely your OTA trigger ran out and the update will get sent to your truck again eventually.

11:45AM seems strange auto update time. I have mine at 6PM since I'm usually home by 5PM battery is good and charged at 6PM for updates.

It’s normally set at 1am, I changed it to 11:45 to try to update while on the battery charger. In the past the only way updates would install was if I had it on a charger.

My update 23-PU0630-YAW-RT from last week says not completed on the screen too but app, website says its updated with the same verbiage as the screen as to everything updated. I also got the survey email from EAP to provide update feedback. (?)

The OTA was queued up for your truck twice in the same day. It went through the first time, so it failed the second time because the update was already applied. You can disregard the failed message.

Same situation as above. It was sent to you twice. Went through the first time and failed the second. You can ignore the failed update message, too.

Ok thank you. Yes did try several times but needed a better charge. Seemed to go thru finally.

Your screen shows "Latest status: OTA will retry" Is that an issue??

Not at all. Your truck will sync up with the server at some point and that will go away. Most likely the next time an OTA is sent to you.
