Hey everyone, I have a 2024 Lariat 4x4 with the Black Appearance Package 20" wheels. I want to swap to a set of Tremor takeoffs (General Grabber A/TX 275/70R18) and have a few questions for you all.

1- Will the Tremor wheels and tires fit without rubbing or modification? I think this is an easy YES, but just want to make sure. Has anyone here made the same swap on a 2024 4x4?

2- How do I recalibrate the speedometer? I only have Apple products so FORscan is out. Can a tire shop do it? Will the dealer?

3- How does the ride on the General Grabber A/TX tires compare to the Hankook Dynapro AT2?

4- Is there anything else I should consider before making this move?

Thanks!

These are 285/70-18’s on Tremor rims. No rub and only .05” poke.

I am going to do the same thing - out with the 20" and go to the 18". My research shows the exact Tremor wheels and tires are bolt on and go without any modifications. I am looking for a better ride, more tire options (lower replacement cost too) and better look.

I don’t mean to hijack your thread but I have a tire question as well. I currently am driving a 2018 F-150 Limited that I put Fuel Rims and Nito Ridge Grappler LT 285/55R20 on.
I have a 2025 F150 Platinum on order, if it ever gets built it will come with 275/60
R20. Does anyone know if i would have trouble putting the wheels and tires from the 2018 on the 2025?

The TPMS monitors run on a different frequency.

Other than that, I got nothing.

Would suspect you will need to replace the TPMS sensors

1- You’re good to go, no mods needed.

2- No need, mine is <1mph up-to 85mph

3- I like them better, slightly softer and much better in the rain.

4- Get black lugs because they look better vs chrome factory.

Have fun and enjoy!

How are these tires in the rain? I assume Load range E? How are they with the ride?
No issues on them at all in wet weather and the ride didn’t change when I put them on. Keep in mind my truck is lifted 2.5” and has the Bilsteins on all 4 corners. Tires are quiet also which is a bonus. We drove the truck to Minnesota from Charlotte NC and it rode perfect. Mileage sucked but it was loaded down and running around 75-85mph most of the way.
