If you're able to hook up a scanning tool and pull the codes, I can at least look them up for you and give you the beginnings of a diagnostic. Sorry for what you're going through, I went through my own troubles about 3 months ago. I self diagnosed my issue and hounded the dealer until I got a new transmission installed.
Find out your state's lemon laws and get informed on them. If a dealer becomes aware that you know the letter of the law, it puts them on a timer.
