I use the Krytox GLP 205 for the seals. I believe this is what BMW also recommends for the seals on its sunroofs.

Expensive little tube of lubricant but it goes a long way for the seals.

Based off that image, it seems like the GPL 205 covers all areas.

Would be great if there was a demo video to show you how to do it right

Based off my research, Krytox GPL 205 is the commercial name for the Ford branded Rotunda 164-R4906.

The best pricing I've been able to find is through TMCINDUSTRIES website. They offer 0.5 oz tube/syringe as well as 2 oz and 8 oz tubes.

I bought the lube and applied it, no real difference. I bought RV Silicone spray and went around all the seals. Good for maintenance but not a fix. I took it to the dealer and they put what look like some black goop around several parts. It stopped one rattle but I have a 'pop' that sounds like it comes from the headliner when I hit even slight bumps and especially when the truck flexes at all (like coming up my driveway). For what this truck cost this kind of noise is incredibly annoying.

I would take it to the dealer.

My sunroof was rattling while driving closed and making cracking noises when opening/closing.
I ended up buying Krytox 105 oil, Krytox 205 grease, and Dupont seal saver; all through Amazon.
I cleaned all the seals and surfaces that touch the seals with isopropyl alcohol. Then I applied Krytox 105 utilizing the application pad included the Dupont seal saver. Then I applied Krytox 205 on the seals and every surfaces that touches the seals using a rubber glove.
My sunroof no longer rattles or makes cracking noises!

Did you buy the Dupont seal saver just for the applicator? From your description, I don't think you applied the Dupont SS.

Correct, I only used the Dupont Seal Saver for the applicator pad.
I then used the Dupont Seal Saver on all my door and window seals, but did not use it on the sunroof seals.

Would you like to share, and after processing the rubber seals of the sunroof, dust from the road and other dirt began to stick to the seal? Or did it remain without a sticky effect as before?

In the place where I live, of course, there are no such lubricants and other things. I've smeared my sunroof with everything, nothing helps! It only gets worse every time! When ventilated or opened, it immediately becomes quiet. Even earlier, I remember after a heavy rain, the sunroof did not make any sounds until several days. There's just a terrible grinding and noise on any bumps right now! I hate that sunroof!!!

I had the same issue with my 2021 XLT. You need to use the grease that ford recommends to lubricate the rubber seals. This is the only thing that I have found that worked for
