I went with stick on for my 23 . I had them on my 04 F150 and on wife's 2017 and my 2018 Explorers. No complaints. Easy install and have held up well. Wife goes through car wash and they've held well. I'd read of issues with window going up and down which I know can be adjusted. I just didn't want to have that issue.

I am a fan of stick on. I have stick ons that replaced in channels on my 2004 f150. It's been 17 years with no issues. I also just put stick ons on my 2024 SuperCrew and also on my dad's twin truck to mine. Both look excellent and fit great. Had stick on on my old 2015 Ford Taurus. Clearly a fan of stick ons haha

Put AVS low profile window deflectors. Have them on 2 F-150's and a Ranger. We like them.

I got the Weather Tech in channel because I dislike how the stick on's look, well, tacked on. I do get occasional bounce back. I've found easy ways to minimize and deal with it so not a deal breaker for me, whereas tacked on is.

I don't like the look of stick ons at all, I went with Weathertech in channel with no issues and they look good.

Is there an increase in wind noise at highway speeds when installing either type?

I find my in channel ones cause a moderate amount of wind noise

I had stick ons on my 01, from day one and they're still there.

I looked at the in channels but don't want to risk bounce back, or increased noise.

Before the net big trip, I'll put some AVS stick ons on it.
