I don't but the $120 version has the exact stock picture of the $79 version from ford, so I'd probably go with that one.

I was going to try some AVS ones myself, as I have a hood deflector from them, but the $79 ford ones look too nice to pass up.

Of course I look again and the $75 putco ones also have the same photos? too odd.

So I ended up googling the different UPC codes and the $75 one is for 2015-2020 and the $120 one is for 2021-2023.

To make it more confusing, if you google the SKU on the ford website ones, you will find a link to ford oem parts direct which says they are for 2023-2024 and the ford website says 2021-2023. But they are $63 there.

So essentially its all over the map. IF you go by the ford sku, and want to try them, tasca has them for $60 but only say they work on 23-24. LOL

Yikes. I emailed Putco, will let you know when I hear back.

I actually went ahead and ordered the Ford Putco ones. Had some reward points so no loss if they don't work out. Fingers crossed, will let you all know how it goes.

I have the weather techs on my 2 door regular cab. I do get bounce back some of the time. The more time they remain closed the less BB I get . I've gotten good at stopping short and inching them up. I'd rather do this than have to look at ugly (to me) stick ons. Maybe some day I'll find a permanent fix, but honestly I don't need it.

Ok, I heard back from Putco. You need to read the vehicle fitment list carefully... the superduty's have different compatible years. For the F150, only the $120 version fits for 2021+ (Putco 580025). The $75 version (Putco 580065) fits superduty's from 2017-2022, but F150 is only 2015-2020, which makes perfect sense.

Now... Ford has only one option when I search for 2021 F150 (which makes sense given above), but it's $80, which sure seems like a slight markup on the 580065 for the 2015-2020 model years... I guess we'll see.

Looking into the product photos, the Ford one seems to have tabs on the end of the front visors, which matches the Putco 580065 for the 2015-2020 model years (NOT 580025 for 2021+ model years). Ford also shows the metal clips that go in the window channels, but Putco does not show these on either of them at all.

FYI, Levitown Ford has the Putco's for even less at $65. Not sure if you can use ford points through them or not. For kicks, I looked at the install directions on their site and they do not show it, but they do say to insert the "hook" behind the mirror trim... so maybe they do have it? Which would be the old model then, correct? https://www.levittownfordparts.com/...Iz4uTJaaeot7knotVfVP3ODftHwJVPIdwAekcAhxtUkQV

So frustrating. This is how I ended up returning my stick-on low profile AVS ones. The product photos are all OLD and not representative of what you'll actually get. I understand there are a lot of vehicles and variations of these things, but come on. I need to know what I'm buying. In a store I can look at stuff before I buy, but I'm stuck with whatever they choose to show me online. Do better, peeps. Here's my thread on my stick-on ones if anyone cares: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/did-avs-change-the-low-profile-vent-visors.26599/

Hi all! Several-month ownership update here. I took the window visors off today :(

They looked great, and they functioned as advertised. It's really great being able to crack the windows when it's super hot out or when it's raining, so the cab isn't baking when I get back to it.

When you install them - put the back end in first per the directions. I did the front first on one of them and it cracked a little at the angle.

I ended up taking them off for 2 reasons:
1. These Putco's are fairly dark, and they made a pretty big blind spot right on the A-pillar on both sides. I recall my first reaction the first time I drove with them on - it felt like a cave. They aren't that big, but the effects inside are significant and noticeable.

2. Wind noise drove me crazy. They're loud when you get above about 45mph. It's not just regular cabin wind noise either, it's a high-pitched shrill kind of wind noise from the thin plastic resonating right outside your window. It's noticeable on my short 5-min freeway jaunt to take the kids to school, and I tell myself every time I have a 1hr+ trip on the highway that I gotta take these stupid things off. So, I finally did.

Really bummed because they looked great and did exactly what I wanted them to do. I probably would have put up with the blind spot if it wasn't for the wind noise. But they were just too loud and I found myself hating them anytime I got on the freeway.

There was some minor damage to the adjacent trim pieces after taking them off. Not a big deal in my book, but thought I'd mention it.
