I get some vibration over ~75mph, i can feel it in the gas pedal and sometimes the passenger seat will vibrate some.

Is that normal?

It's nothing terrible but doesn't ride nearly as smoothly as a car.

Under 75mph nothing noticeable.

I’ve been through a lot trying to sort the ride quality on my 2025 XLT Super Crew and have data from 100% stock, Stock minus the rear block (4x4), and with the Ridetech 3/5 lowering kit. In all 3 cases the overall ride was not what I’d expect from a $65,000 truck. Aside from a harsh ride, vibration in the 70 - 80 mph range was at some times so bad it felt like something was broken in the suspension. I checked everything, bushings, ball joints, pinion angle, everything to no avail. Moving to the Ridetech kit, which has higher spring rate front springs and much firmer shocks made it worse, not better.

In the process I discovered all 4 tires were out of balance and at least 1 had a force measurement over 50. I was able to get the vibration minimized but overall ride quality was still bad. Coincidentally the truck came from the factory with Pirelli ATS 20” tires by virtue of the FX4 package. Personally I despise Pirelli’s and these ATS tires are an abomination so I swapped them out with General G-Max A07 all season tires and FINALLY the vibrations are pretty much gone and I’m able to dial in the ride I want with the Fox adjustable shocks that came with the Ridetech kit.

So, my advice is do the following:
Have all 4 wheels balance and road force checked. (Just get them rebalanced)
Move the front to the back to see if the vibration moves
And, if you have the FX4 package with 20” wheels and the Pirelli tires get rid of them and go with something more appropriate, highway all seasons if you primarily use it on the road or a good set of top tier all terrain tires if that’s your use case.

Don’t waste your time chasing pinion angles and drive shafts, that’s rarely the cause.

I think my truck had some reverberations at 75mph or so. I tried to analyze and figured it was exhaust at the right frequency. Or tires.

I think I've seen this discussed a decent amount over the years.

Funny enough I'm not sure I notice it anymore. Maybe the tire wear is enough now that it has gone away??
