Since 4.2.1 collision avoidance system is not working

I have a particular convenience store that has yellow poles sticking up when I pull up. Always my truck informs me of a frontal obstical and changed my screen to the forward camera. That has stopped.
I used to be able to come up on stopped traffic fast and at least get a warning. That has stopped.
I had someone yesterday run a stop light from the right and nearly hit me. No warning.
All my other systems are working fine. Adaptive cruse. Backup assist, bliss.
Ever since this latest update 4.2.1 my collision system stopped.
Is it to early to see if others are having these issues or maybe no one had noticed yet.
What modules and sensors are involved? Seems like my front sensors are not being utilized.

Have you confirmed that it hasn't been turned off in settings for some reason after the update?
