If ford even put the hybrid onto the 7.3 or 6.7 they couldn't even build them fast enough... Nor could I buy one fast enough...
seriously! I’d be one of those folks in a 1 year+ waiting list for Ford to take my hard-earned money!

Two pieces of info from me!

1) Reading all the comments so far with airbag setups, have any of you looked into AIRBAG OFF ROAD CRADLES? I had these on my '06 Tundra with a truck camper in the bed and it worked great. To sum it up, you replace the bottom mount of your airbag with the wide cradle. If you're at zero PSI or flexing offroad while not pumped up, the airbag hangs freely. When you pump it up it expands down into the cradle and acts as normal. IDK if these will work with the PowerBoost, just thinking outloud from past experience. The only thing I didn't like is when at zero PSI if I hit a big bump the airbag would expand down and hit the cradle...which you could actually hear like a little click. It was annoying but I used some heavy duty foam on the cradle and it took it away. I used them for over a year with no issues (including harsh winter, and Moab).

2) Regarding my PowerBoost, I have the Ford Performance Bilstein level kit set at the 2.5 (max) adjustment up front. Ride is near same as stock, with a little more 'thud' than shutter over large bumps which is nice. Off-road it's a totally different animal! The speeds I can comfortably handle on dirt roads and two track trail is wild while still feeling safe and controlled.

I will say I still have some rake, which is due to our extra weight, but I'm fine with it as i pull a little trailer often and it still looks nice and level. You can see the rake a little better in the second photo.

I’m on my 3rd iteration for my ‘21 PB suspension setup and currently ordering my 4th suspension to fix the current issues. For reference I daily drive my truck but tow trailers of carrying weights a few times per month and have a slide in overland camper that causes serious squat issues. I originally started with the timbren suspension system. Essentially larger bump stops that allow for some articulation of the suspension but stops it early from bottoming out. This worked great if I had the camper on but unloaded it felt like I was getting kidney punched. I then changed to the airlift 5000 ultimate. Once again, nice while loaded but still felt like my truck was punching me in the back even with small imperfections on the road surface. Recently changed to the airlift 5000 (without internal bumper). This setup has more articulation with the factory suspension before bottoming out, so a little more comfortable but because it mounts to the axel and not the suspension/springs it buttons out hard. Even small bumps in the road suck. Adding more air just makes the suspension more stiff or sticks the rear even higher in the air. I’m not happy with the unloaded performance.

I’m currently purchases the readylift Readyair helper springs. These attach over the stock suspension and allow for full travel without acting as a large bump stop. I’m hoping to have it installed in the next couple of weeks, and hoping it fixes the unloaded rough ride I’ve been running into.
Quoted the original post since it was so long. The new Readyair system by readylift is phenomenal. It fixed all the unloaded harshness from the airlift system. Very fast install. Direct plug and play without the need for cutting or fabricating. Fits powerboost with CCD suspension and works!

I think the airlift kit being on the axel rather than using the leaf spring is the game changer. The factory suspension now articulates normal. I can even take speed bumps without slowing down, that was not the case with anything airlift. Plus the suspension feels more planted in corners and more confident with hard braking application. Additionally bluecruise and auto headlight systems work fine. 10/10 would recommend.

I have a heavy Powerboost.

I am considering ordering Fox 985-62-009. Which is the 2020 Fox snap ring. They have same extended and collapsed lengths as the gen14 snap rings. I am wondering if Powerboost trucks would be good with those as the gen13 trucks were a little heavier. I am assuming these snap rings are the same as gen14 just valved for the heavier truck/heavier spring

Not sure about the snap ring but I have the 15-20 tuned by ford performance coil overs and they are perfect.

How is the unloaded ride quality now sir? I think AirLift sells a 5000lb set as their lowest rated option and I'm concerned about reduced travel and a jarring unloaded ride.
I run it with zero air pressure when un loaded. The ride is fine.

I bought the bags with built in bump stops.

Im thinking about just removing the rear leaf spacer like I did on my 2015. Is that still a "doable thing" and safe? I really dont understand the 9" gap in the rear wheelwells...
