Screen won't stay at last setting?

My screen wont stay on the audio setting, everytime I start my truck it comes up to the settings page? Anyone know how to fix this?

May not be connected in any way, but mine has been doing that a lot lately. However, I'm going thru some battery issues (no autostop for months, no interior lighting, no turning on radio, FOB not working on passenger side or sometimes driver, angry messages, etc., etc.) and I've been attributing it to that.

How do I install the update??

You can't force an update.

My number came up in the OTA lottery.

6.8.0 updated my gauge cluster (IPC).
No idea why but now my sync screen stays on last screen I had just as it did before installing 6.5.0 and ****DOR2.

You can try doing full sync reset but then you have to put all your settings in again and reconnect FordPass. ?‍

I just lived with it until it magically fixed itself. ?

I use AA. That solves that issue.

I do wonder if it is just something in the asbuilt but would need to compare a truck asbuilt always starting on settings screen.

I did a full reset on my screen and it worked. Pain in the ass cuz I had to reset my ford pass as well but it did work.

Just go to settings and find where is says factory reset I believe. I actually just sold my truck last week, I just kept having little things like this happen. The next thing I had was when I was trying to get in my truck and start it, it would say no key found for a few tries. Just little annoying shit that shouldnt happen in a brand new truck. I actually bought a 97 Silverado RCSB Z71 and I am much happier with driving older things that don't have all the bs built in.
