The issue in your case is not whether the update is there or not. I'm sure it is. My FDRS license expired so I can't check, but Sync 20312 is one of the broken versions from 2020. Check my signature for the link on 2021 trucks not getting updates for details on your issue. It can be fixed, but you will need FDRS and a lot of patience.

That is correct; that SSM that Ford sent to dealers is attached. Maybe @jfalat can check to confirm since my license is expired, but the issue your truck is not the lack of pending updates so much as the ability for it to receive them.

I can't check for pending updates anymore, but PTS shows no updates have been sent to you in the past 6 months. Connectivity seems to be working fine and it is not reporting any codes of concern.
