Haven’t seen a new update since January and keep getting a notification of a new update but it’s the same one over and over again showing completed

Kind of wish they allowed FDRS to look at status without having to license it and only requiring the license to run updates and tests. Don’t see that happening anytime soon.

You do show a BCM OTA in your queue. that has been trying to ping your truck for weeks now. However, the modem appears to be offline If you have FORScan, I would try rebooting the GWM and TCU to see if that allows the truck to talk back to the mothership.Hi , i keep receiving the below update notification since almost a month now

No, the BCM still cannot be updated. The procedure to reboot a module with FORScan is very easy. I can't say for certain that will fix the issue, but it sure won't hurt to try and I can tell you rebooting those modules has helped others with connectivity issues. Are you able to use Fordpass?Thanks for the quick response , Iam not an expert of FORScan , however i did all updates earlier of almost everything using FSDR, except for the BCM as it was requesting authentication, is that problem solved now? can I do that update manually? Or should I download FORScan and give it a try ?
If you're able to connect to Fordpass, it worked. If you cannot, then we will have to troubleshoot further.I will give it a shot with FORScan, fordpass is not working with me, couldn't activate it due to the same problem I guess. How would I know if it works or not after the resetting ?
