They won't know because dealers are not affected by the issue. It's not a big deal and you will get it OTA eventually.

Modules pending updates are below. For sure worth a $50 license. Doing all the updates below will allow you to enable the newer version of Bluecruise.
Your truck is on Sync 23159 which is one version behind the latest version. Modules with pending updates are below:
You're only showing updates for the BCM and door/seat modules. You're pretty much fully up to date still.
Strange. Your truck is not on the latest IPMA version but I don't see any pending updates for it either. Have you done any mods to the truck?

No modifications of any kind. I haven't touched anything with forscan yet as I wanted to get this sorted first. No tunes, no other modifications of any kind on the truck. The only update I show in my list on fdrs is the bcm and I'm getting promoted for a nhtsf login when I try. Maybe that's the precursor and why I can't go any further. I wish I could just login and do that update as i have a snowballs chance I hell of getting a dealer to do that for me.Strange. No, the BCM issue is a known issue and that is not why those updates are not showing. I'll see what I can find out. Is your FDRS license still active?

It's not, but it's no skin off my butt to fire it up again for 50 bucks as many times as I need to in order to get this sorted out.

Well, I asked the guru and he reminded me that Tremors and Raptors do not get the newer IPMA software that is out now. You may get one in the future, but as of right now, you updated everything you can update.

Modules with pending updates are below and the DSP is there. It is available via the OTA process, but no way of knowing when it will actually be sent.
