I can check FDRS later to confirm, but PTS is showing a CMR, DSP, IPMA and PSCM available.

Don't bother yet. Remind me to check your truck with FDRS later. You may be one of many people affected by an issue on Ford's side where a GWM update needs to be released before you can progress through the rest of the OTA process. If that is the case, then getting an FDRS license will not give you the results you are looking.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day weekend! It’s been a while since I asked for a query on my VIN 1FT8W3BT9NED70545. A few days ago I got the following notification about a Power-Up update, but my software version and revision hasn’t changed since October. Also, the Sync webpage continues to show exclamation points for Sync and navigation updates.

I don't have access until later, but PTS is only showing a few pending:
OTA dashboard is below. You got a GWM and TCU update recently. Only an APIM update has a chance to give you a higher Sync version.

I believe you are on the latest Sync version as far as the SD trucks go, but I have not followed the OTA history of your trucks like these. I am not sure which nav update you are referring to. Below is what PTS shows you have pending, but FDRS may show some more that PTS does not.

I question my Sync and Navigation updates because I continue to see exclamation marks as shown in the image below. I have read elsewhere in other forums that those who are up to date show green checkmarks

Hi guys, totally new to the OTA update process in a ford, so here goes. We had received regular updates for our 22 Tremor until May of 23. Since then, nothing. We also have the auto update option greyed out, we have lost the weather option in the nav and blue cruise no longer goes full hands free. All require connected services to work. Our subscription is good until June of 25, so that shouldn't be it.
My dealer kicked me out yesterday because they only have 1 tech that knows how to use the diag equipment and they told me I had to leave the truck for maybe 3 weeks before they could even look at it (and I made the service appointment 2 months ago). They didnt like my response to how they schedule work, which leads me to here...
Anyway, I have started researching to see if I can figure something out myself and was hoping you all might point me in a good direction.

Can someone do the magic and see if something is stuck on the backend?

Sounds like the TCU config issue to me. There's an OTA being sent out to fix this, but it will only come in by wifi to people affected by the issue. You have not been sent the update that fixes this yet. If it is what I think it is, you will need FORScan to fix it. Stand by and I will get back to you.
