Joe and Javier, following up on Mike's question with a newbie question. Since the dealer will not do module updates unless a recall, how do the modules get updated, OTA? How can I find out what the dealer has installed in the last week it has kept my truck? Tx

Yes, OTA, but no way of telling when you will get an update sent. What your dealer did in terms of module updates is in the screenshots below. Did they get your bluecruise working?

I asked them to look at software updates because the FordConnect app wouldn't connect to the vehicle - something about Authorization not working. I don't know if I have BlueCruise - not showing up as an option on the original Ford window sticker. I see the screen capture you sent shows "Enable BlueCruise Prep Kit" So when I get the truck back I'll check the Owners Manual out and see if I have that option.

Audio Control Module. Not a big deal. Probably the update that prevents radio presets from wiping when you get an OTA.

Could you please check my VIN again? Ever since I picked up my truck from the dealership Friday after getting my software updated, it has scheduled an update almost every day. I checked with the dealership and they said no software was trying to be pushed to it. When I parked the truck a few minutes ago, it indicated there was an update scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00am. Thank you

When the ticket gets closed out most of the FSAs should show complete - the Service Advisor said the tech fixed/checked them. I don't know what to say about the modem - that was one of the things I said need to be fixed. I hope it is not showing in PTS because the ticket isn't closed but that may be my "wish sandwich". I'm going to call the SA and ask him to confirm with the tech using PST that the modem is now activated.
